E and I are ENGAGED! It's a lovely thing to have a best friend--it's an even sweeter thing to be able to marry him. E asked me to marry him on our anniversary. The house was full of candles and love. I said yes (of course). After, we had Champagne and went to dinner. We spent the evening celebrating at our favorite spots. It was magical, magical. We couldn't stop staring at the ring (swoon) and referring to me as the future "Mrs. H..."
